- Join the team as a Warehouse Materials Operator supporting the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials within a busy warehouse environment
- FORKLIFT LICENSE IS A MUST
- Casual contract with full-time hours
- Multiple positions available
- 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am to 6:00pm and 6:00pm to 6:00am)
- Rotating roster consisting of 2-day shifts, 2-night shifts, followed by 4 days off
- Roster operates on an 8-week rotating cycle
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, including Christmas and Recent Year periods, is essential
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Unloading materials from incoming trucks
- Operating a forklift to transport materials from outside into the warehouse
- Checking and verifying materials upon receipt
- Labelling materials accurately
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse as required
- Putting materials away using a forklift
- Maintaining general housekeeping and following all safety procedures
Skills/experience required:
- Forklift licence LF essential, LO desirable
- 4-5 years ofGMP experince
- Must have a white card
- Very strong attention to detail to prevent errors and costly deviations
- Ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Able to work independently and maintain focus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to remain in the role long-term due to extensive training requirements
- Flexibility to work a rotating day/night roster, weekends, and public holidays
