Novalith is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our Alexandria, NSW lab, supporting the R&D; team in refining lithium recovery processes. You will run tests, operate pilot plant equipment, maintain records and contribute to safe, GLP-compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry or metallurgy background, 2+ years in a chemical laboratory, and a hands-on mindset. This full-time role offers growth in a rapid-moving clean-tech scale-up.
