The Role:

n

Working alongside experienced WHSE professionals and project teams, you'll gain practical exposure to site operations, compliance requirements, workforce engagement and safety systems, while following a structured development pathway towards a WHSE Coordinator position.

n

- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of RCC's WHSE systems and processes.
n
- Assisting with workforce onboarding,



site inductions and safety documentation.
n
- Coordinating administrative activities relating to project safety compliance.
n
- Supporting inspections, audits and routine site safety activities.
n
- Assisting with incident reporting and maintaining safety records.
n
- Monitoring and escalating hazards, incidents, compliance issues and system concerns to senior WHSE team members.
n
- Working closely with project teams to promote a positive safety culture across site operations.
n
- Providing day‐to‐day administrative and operational support to the WHSE team.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or in progress)
n
- ICAM or similar incident investigation training (in progress or willing to obtain)
n
- Provide Basic First Aid (in progress or willing to obtain)
n
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n

n

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

n

Confident communicator with a proactive attitude.

n

Willing to learn from experienced professionals and take on new challenges.
