Sai Home and Community is seeking a Registered Nurse with hands-on Support at Home experience to join as a Care Partner. You’ll combine clinical expertise with relationship-building to translate client goals into practical, compliant care plans and support day-to-day living.

You’ll work with care workers and internal teams, using contemporary digital tools to reduce admin and free you to listen, problem-solve, and deliver consistent outcomes across your defined caseload.
