The Role — Commercial Finance Manager (Scorecard + Development Hybrid)

n

Lead the Scorecard Automation Project (50%)

n

The business is moving all financial + operational reporting into an automated dashboard environment (PowerBI/Microsoft Fabric).

n

You will:

n

- Own the Scorecard reporting for the organisation
n
- Lead the next phase of building & enhancing dashboards
n
- Work with consultants + exec stakeholders to design meaningful insights
n
- Drive process improvement, efficiency and data quality
n
- Shape how performance reporting is delivered business-wide
n

n

This is a high-visibility project with genuine impact.

n

You'll manage a portfolio of development projects,



acting as the commercial partner for project teams.

n

Core responsibilities include:

n

- Project + stage feasibilities
n
- Forecasting, project accounting & cashflows
n
- Challenging assumptions & advising development teams
n
- Preparing inputs for PCG, ExCo & Board submissions
n
- Translating financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
n

n

What You'll Bring

- Experience in property development (residential preferred)
n
- Stakeholder management skills — confident, clear and influential
n
- Ability to work with ambiguity & deadlines in a fast-moving environment
n
- Experience with PowerBI / dashboarding is ideal (not essential if you're strong commercially)
