Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Overseeing the day-to-day magic of our busy retail store
n
- Crafting clever purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies
n
- Showcasing and promoting our delicious honey products
n
- Sharing your sweet knowledge with customers — from flavour notes to dietary benefits
n




- Managing stock, keeping accurate records, and ensuring financial transactions run smoothly
n
- Assisting with budgets and cost control under the Director's guidance
n
- Recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring sales staff to deliver exceptional service
n
- Keeping our in-store and online retail operations running smoothly
n
- Handling customer feedback, exchanges, and refunds with care
n
- Ensuring our store meets all safety and compliance requirements
n

Skill & Experience

n

What You'll Bring to the Hive

n

n
- A qualification in Management and IT
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management
n
- Bonus points for expertise in retail software and honey product knowledge
n
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent spoken and written English
n
- Availability to work on-site at our Minto store
n
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service and team leadership
