THE PROGRAMME

- Duration: 12-18 months
- Comprehensive development programme covering the core areas of Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Back Office, and Management
- Assignments across Austria and at our Berlin Headquarters
- Exciting and challenging projects focused on implementing new systems and improving operational processes
- Career coaching, performance feedback, and development support to help you succeed on your leadership journey

YOUR PROFILE

- Completed vocational training and 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to build a long-term career within the industry
- Leadership potential and the ambition to make a positive impact as a future leader at MEININGER
- Curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn and develop new skills
- Resilient, able to perform under pressure, and an excellent communicator
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible and willing to work on 3-6 month assignments at different MEININGER locations




- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with a hotel management system is an advantage
