Operose Health Croydon GP Hub delivers urgent primary care 8am–8pm daily, 365 days a year across hub sites. The post holder will work with GP and ANP colleagues to provide secure, effective care and contribute to clinical governance and quality monitoring.
The role involves sessions, triage, and on-call duties with a focus on improving access and patient outcomes while aligning with the GP Hub operational plan and KPIs.
