The role

n

This role is a key role, that will take ownership of financial reporting, involvement in month end, and exposure to financial planinng and projects - while being highly visible and acting as a business partner across the business. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the below duties:

- Be part of the end of month close process and assist with improvements and process change
n
- Half year and yearly reporting to the ASX
n




- Drive financial reporting across the group and business units in line with local and international reporting standards
n
- Research complex accounting issues, prepare detailed analyses, and assess the implications of changes to accounting policies and standards.
n
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting cycles
n
- Involvement with system integration and key project work
n

About you

n

n
- First/second movers - Big-4 or mid-tier audit background is highly desired
n
- Strong technical accounting background and desire to be challenged
n
- Outstanding communicator with a passion for driving change in a fast paced environment
n
