We are seeking a friendly and organised Client Services Representative to join our team at ARHCanberra!

Both part time and full-time hours are available.

n

Our Canberra team are dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to their owners. We are passionate and committed to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal that walks through our doors.

In this role you will be responsible for providingexcellent customer service, including:

n

n
- Being the first point of contact for ourcustomers
n
- Answering and directing a high volume of calls on a switchboard
n
- Scheduling appointments
n
- Processing payments
n
- Administration support
n
- Supporting our team of Specialists, Veterinarians and Nurses
n

n

The successful candidate will be someone who is:

n

n
- Available for weekend and weeknight shifts
n




- Committed to providing only the highest standard of care to our patients, customers and staff

- Resilient with the ability to remain calm during highs and lows
n
- Able and willing to work with a sense of urgency at times

- Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively

- Clean and well-groomed personal presentation

- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook

- Veterinary industry related qualifications and/or experience within the industry is highly desirable but not essential
