ABOUT THE ROLE

- Greet patients in a friendly and bright manner, promptly attending to their needs
- Manage appoint bookings and follow-up
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Assisting frame selections and providing eyecare advice
- Maintain practice appearance and supplies
