You will turn consumer and category insights into opportunities, build a three-year beer innovation pipeline, and work with Lion and Kirin R&D;, Brand, Insights, Sales, and Finance to bring ideas to life.

You will lead with creativity and strategic thinking, manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure initiatives are commercially viable and technically feasible.
