About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
The JHH Social Work Team invites applications from motivated and experienced Senior Social Workers with demonstrated leadership, line management and clinical experience across acute and sub-acute care settings to join our Social Work Leadership Team as Team Lead – Belmont. Based at Belmont Hospital, you will lead and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred Social Work services to inpatients, families and carers across rehabilitation and sub-acute services. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, support staff development and supervision, and work collaboratively with the Belmont Hospital Executive, Allied Health and multidisciplinary teams to promote excellent patient care. As a member of the JHH Social Work Leadership Group, you will also contribute to service development, quality improvement and the strategic direction of Social Work across our services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, influence positive change and help shape innovative, culturally responsive and evidence-based Social Work practice.

You are a motivated and experienced Social Worker who thrives in a fast-paced, responsive and collaborative setting. You bring strong clinical skills, sound professional judgement and a genuine passion for leading, supporting and developing others. You are confident in providing leadership and line management, building positive team culture and fostering the growth of Social Work practice.

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, and a subsequent minimum of 3 years full-time clinical experience.
Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
Valid unrestricted drivers' licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
