We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our established Melbourne team, with a genuine pathway into the Victorian Civil Manager role.

About the Role

n

Working closely with State Management and the broader leadership team, you will initially focus on strengthening project delivery while progressively taking on broader leadership responsibilities.

n

As your role develops, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client management and team leadership.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Delivering land development, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across Victoria.
n




- Managing projects from concept through to construction.
n
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
n
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
n
- Assisting with proposals, fee submissions and project planning.
n
- Supporting the continued growth of the Victorian Civil team.
n
- Progressively developing into the Victorian Civil Manager role.

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
n
- Approximately 10 to 15 years' experience within a civil engineering consulting setting.
n
- Experience delivering land development, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience managing projects and mentoring junior engineers.
n
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), or working towards Chartership.
n
- RPEV registration, eligibility for registration and/or MRWA accreditation will be highly regarded.
n
- Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships and business opportunities.
n

You'll be supported by an established national Civil leadership team and work alongside experienced Civil Managers who are committed to mentoring and developing future leaders.

n

Rather than expecting you to arrive as a finished Civil Manager, we'll provide the opportunity, support and autonomy to grow into the role.
