Design & Build are teaming up with an Award-winning builder who is looking to source an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Sydney. They have recently been awarded a new projects and are looking to review profiles for a Project Manager to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a commercial site with further projects to come located in Sydney.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide valuable technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site




- Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:

- Minimum 5 years' experience D&C; office fitout and refurb experience
- Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
- Previously worked on complex fitout and refurb commercial projects
- Travel across NSW and when necessary interstate travel
- Experience running projects up to $5m - $10m in value
