About the role
Ready to take the next step in your Business Analysis career? As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering business and digital transformation initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, product teams and technology teams to solve real business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to influence change, improve customer experiences and help shape solutions that make a tangible impact across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Business Analysis who is looking to broaden their experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, work alongside experienced professionals and continue developing your skills while contributing to initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
What the role looks like
- Working across a variety of business and digital transformation projects,
helping shape solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to understand challenges, explore opportunities and drive alignment on priorities and solutions.
- Facilitating engaging workshops and discussions that uncover requirements, improve processes and support informed decision-making.
- Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver real value.
- Translating complex problems into clear requirements, user stories and process improvements that enable successful delivery.
- Partnering closely with Product, Technology and Delivery teams in an agile environment to support solution design, testing and implementation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences, streamline operations and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, (2-3 years) with a track record of supporting business, digital or technology initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret and translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience mapping and improving business processes,
identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer outcomes and business performance.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, product and technology teams.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge thinking, ask the right questions and drive positive outcomes.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, managing stakeholder engagement and influencing decision-making.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, combined with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
