Chery South Africa is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to develop and manage a customer loyalty programme across the Chery brand. You will drive lifetime value, evaluate performance, and recommend promotions to boost member engagement and ROI.

You will plan customer events, support brand initiatives, recruit current customers and ambassadors, and maintain thorough records of interactions while coordinating with brand and aftersales to shape long-term strategies.
