Dovida Australia is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data and compliance within our senior care settings.

You will partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance and development, coach managers to build leadership capability, and support recruitment and engagement initiatives while ensuring Australian employment and workers’ compensation legislation is followed.
