Your new role

- Carry out civil labouring and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
n
- Assist with the construction and upkeep of roads, drainage, footpaths, parks, and other infrastructure.
n
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
n
- Support the team to deliver projects and maintenance works efficiently.
n
- Conduct site safety checks and maintain clean, compliant worksites.
n
- Follow all WHS policies and promote a strong safety culture.
n
- Provide professional customer service to residents and stakeholders.
n
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Assist with emergency response and after-hours work when required.
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Certificate II in Civil Construction or relevant industry experience.
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- Current QLD C Class Licence (Construction Labourer) or MR Licence (Maintenance Labourer).
n
- Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) accreditation or willingness to obtain.
n
- Experience operating light plant, machinery, and equipment safely.
n
- Sound communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
