What You'll Do

n

- Develop compelling technical content for bids and proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts and bid team members.
n
- Ensure alignment with brand, marketing, and client expectations, particularly for Government and Defence submissions.
n
- Contribute to win themes, messaging, and case studies, ensuring their integration into written and graphic content.
n
- Review submission requirements and ensure compliance with formatting, criteria, and deadlines.
n
- Support bid workshops, kick‐off meetings, and post‐submission content management.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, procurement, or equivalent experience in a bidding environment.
n
- Proven experience working with technical SMEs to tailor content, with strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Suite experience is desirable.
n
- Familiarity with Defence‐specific bids and frameworks such as ASDEFCON and MSP IWPs is advantageous.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
n
- Strong communication, organisation, and time‐management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
