Our client is a global leader in SaaS and AI, helping organisations create, manage and deliver exceptional digital experiences and content across websites and channels. We are seeking a Solutions Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers and help them maximise the value of their digital and marketing technology investments. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on experience in Content Management and Content Design, combined with expertise in digital experience, ecommerce or website transformation.

Key responsibilities include and not limited to:-

- Partner with enterprise customers to optimise digital experience and Content Management solutions.
- Advise customers on content strategy, content design, website modernisation and customer journeys.
- Lead customer workshops, success planning and advisory engagements.
- Drive adoption and demonstrate measurable customer and business value.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital experiences using AI and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Engineering,



Project Management and Support teams.

Selection Criteria:-

- 5+ years’ experience in Content Management, Content Design, Digital Experience, Ecommerce or Digital Transformation.
- Robust practical experience designing, managing and optimising digital content and website experiences.
- Experience working with enterprise Content Management / Digital Experience platforms.
- Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect technology, content and customer experience to business outcomes.
- Knowledge of Content Supply Chain, AI and emerging Agent capabilities is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for customer success and digital transformation.

- $200K–$215K + super
