Overview of the role
The BDM (GP) plays a key role in the management and growth of existing and potential clients in the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
Build current and strengthen existing trusted partnerships with GPs and specialists, providing differentiated value through promotion of services and products, education and support
Ensure clear communication and regular touchpoints are maintained with key internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement the territory plan and key account plans, with ongoing evaluation, tracking and course-corrective actions
Meet customer and territory KPIs, report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date
About you
As an experienced sales representative, you'll have a demonstrated track record of success in the following areas:
Field sales experience within the GP environment is ideal, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets
An account management/development mindset — proactive self-management in owning your business and determining results
Utilisation of a CRM to capture client interactions and desired outcomes
Valid driver's licence,
residency and work rights in Australia required
