including troubleshooting access issues and guiding them through learning pathways* Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and tracking and readership of policies and procedures as required.* Work with the L&D; team to support ongoing development, including reviewing and creating content and driving eLearning completion across VIC and TAS* Generate and analyse Workday learning reports to provide insights on training uptake, compliance, and capability gaps**To be considered for this position you should possess:*** Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification* Experience with Workday Learning is highly desirable* Previous experience managing staff is an advantage* Passion to work with people and develop their capabilities* Excellent writing skills and communication skills* Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and to build strong partnerships* Ability to work autonomously (with minimal supervision) and use initiative* A current and valid Driver's Licence (full licence) is essential* Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate regularly****About Europcar Mobility Group****Europcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player, with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe."We help to change the way you move" is what we stand for and brings us together.
