The agency plays a critical role in helping participants access the supports they need to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting desktop reviews and transposing information into systems and web-based platforms.
- Managing allocated workflows and ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email and administrative channels.
- Addressing straightforward to moderately complex enquiries and providing accurate advice in line with legislation, policy and operational guidelines.
- Making outbound calls to participants, providers and other stakeholders.
- Undertaking suitability assessments for entry and exit into specialist planning streams.
- Managing and resolving participant matters, including planning pathway tasks in accordance procedures.
- Identifying risks and escalating complex matters to senior team members when required.
- Supporting project and operational activities through research, analysis,



reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to contribute to team goals and participant outcomes.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage empathetically with participants and stakeholders.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting people living with disability.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow policy, procedures and legislative frameworks.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise judgement when resolving enquiries.
- Confidence using computer systems, Microsoft Office and multiple software applications.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, de-escalate challenging situations and recognise risk.
- Experience within disability services, health, community services, government administration or customer-focused environments will be highly regarded.

Logistics

- The Logistics Until 31 December 2026, with a strong view to extension
- Hourly Rate: $43.82 per hour + Super
- Full-time Hours, 37.5 hours per week
- Citizenship: Australian Citizenship is mandatory
- References will be required
- NDIS Workers Screeners Check or willing to obtain
