We are seeking a Consumer Key Account Manager - Pharmacy to join our team based in North Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support business growth across our leading skincare portfolio. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, ensuring flawless retail execution, and supporting team operations to meet our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key customer accounts, supporting activity calendars and retail execution to achieve KPIs.
n
- Oversee sales budget stewardship, including forecasting, compliance, and consumption analytics.
n
- Provide operational support, managing POs, promotional submissions, and customer account administration.
n
- Track and report key business activities such as NPD launches, distributor performance, and inventory updates.
n
- Partner closely with the broader team to deliver initiatives that enhance business performance.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong organisational discipline: able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
n
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; builds trusted relationships and connects the dots.
n
- Proven problem-solving ability and a proactive, "go-getter" mindset.
n
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with data or forecast management.
n




- Previous experience within FMCG or the pharmacy/wholesale environment is highly regarded.
