About Our Client

Our client is a large organisation with a complex and diverse workforce. They are seeking an experienced workforce planner to join their Brisbane-based team.

Supporting a large employee population across multiple Enterprise Agreements, this role offers the opportunity to work in stable growing business with career growth opportunities on offer.

Job Description

As a workforce planner, you will play a key role in supporting workforce rostering, time and attendance processes and payroll administration across a large operational workforce.

Working closely with leaders, payroll teams and workforce planning stakeholders, you will ensure roster data is maintained accurately, attendance records are compliant and payroll inputs are processed correctly.Key responsibilities include:

- Managing employee rosters and workforce scheduling activities
- Monitoring time and attendance records within UKG/Kronos
- Reviewing payroll-related data and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting a workforce operating under multiple Enterprise Agreements
- Assisting with award and EA interpretation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and workforce data




- Liaising with operational leaders regarding roster changes and workforce requirements
- Producing workforce and payroll-related reports
- Supporting process improvement initiatives across payroll and workforce management functions

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience within workforce planning or rostering functions ideally within a larger workforce environment.You will ideally possess:

- Experience using UKG, Kronos or similar workforce management systems
- Exposure to payroll processing and time & attendance administration
- Experience supporting employees across multiple Enterprise Agreements or Awards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- The ability to interpret payroll, rostering and attendance data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
