Job Description

Neara is hiring a VP of Delivery to scale and operationalise global implementations of our AI-enabled digital twin platform for utilities. You'll own model build, QA, deployment operations, contractor partner management, and QA across customers in US, Australia, UK and Europe, reporting to the CEO.

This is a true execution role: build the delivery playbook, drive KPIs, grow regional leaders, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.
