The Principal Consultant will “bridge the gap” between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation.

Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the p

Skills & Requirements





- Ideally 3-5 years of consult
- Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM and Workday CCTPPTM certific
- Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other midd
- leware platform)
- Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL
- , PGP, SAML, etc)
- B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering di
- scipline preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels with
