Responsibilities

- 1. Responsible for channel strategy, management, and operations in the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing channel operation management for integrated solar-storage-charging solutions.
n
- 2. Conduct channel market analysis and insights.
n
- 3. Develop channel policies, execute monitoring, management, and evaluation. This includes but is not limited to: channel layout strategy, channel incentive strategy, channel marketing policies, channel entry and exit mechanisms, customer and project reporting regulations, and management rules against cross-regional sales/low-price competition.

- 4. Participate in the planning, review, and management of channel marketing activities.
n
- 5.



Develop channel risk maps and manage channel risks.
n
- 6. Plan and organize training and empowerment programs for channel partners.

Requirements

n

n
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above.
n
- 2. Minimum 3 years of channel operation experience; candidates with channel operation experience in the photovoltaic industry are preferred.
n
- 3. Robust sense of initiative, responsibility, and self-motivation; willing to embrace challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.
n
- 4. Working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
