Job Description

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery production for our luxury hotel's F&B; operations. You will oversee mise-en-place, maintain quality, and guide a creative pastry team to deliver exceptional desserts for events and outlets.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years as a Pastry Chef or four years as an Assistant Pastry Chef in a hotel, with luxury brand experience, robust hygiene practices, and solid menu planning skills.
