Join the Team

As a Contract Manager ICT within our Supplier Governance team, you’ll play a key role in helping NSW Health maximise value from strategic ICT contracts and supplier partnerships. Working across a diverse portfolio of technology suppliers, you'll support contract performance, supplier relationship management, governance frameworks and risk management activities that directly contribute to better digital health outcomes across the state.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and implement Contract Management Plans, including KPIs, governance frameworks, risk management strategies and performance reporting.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and ICT suppliers to strengthen collaboration, improve performance and deliver better contract outcomes.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, identifying risks, tracking benefits and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supplier portfolios.




- Support negotiations for contract variations, renewals and commercial matters, helping to achieve value-for-money outcomes and minimise risk.
- Contribute to the uplift of Supplier Governance capability across NSW Health by supporting governance frameworks, reporting tools and best-practice contract management approaches.
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on contract management, supplier performance and strategies to optimise commercial outcomes.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building robust relationships, solving commercial challenges and working collaboratively to deliver better supplier and contract outcomes. We’re looking for someone who:

- Brings experience in procurement, contract management and/or supplier relationship management within a complex environment.
- Builds trusted relationships and communicates effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Applies strong commercial thinking and problem-solving skills to manage risk and maximise value.
- Enjoys balancing competing priorities while delivering high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.
- Holds relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement, business, commerce or a related field.
