Early Childhood Educators (Diploma and Cert III Qualified) - New Campbelltown centre!
We are offering multiple opportunities for skilled, passionate Educators to join our brand-new Early Learning Centre (ELC) in Campbelltown. You'll play a foundational role in establishing our new ultra-modern, future focussed and bright centre in a full time, part time or casual capacity.
What You'll Be Doing
At CatholicCare's ELC Campbelltown, you'll play a key role in creating safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments where children can grow, thrive and reach their full potential. You'll be:
- Inspiring children's learning through meaningful, play-based experiences.
- Fostering a warm, safe and welcoming environment for every child.
- Partnering with families to support positive outcomes and strong connections.
- Supporting children's individual development through observation and planning.
- Contributing to a collaborative team committed to quality early education.
- A champion of child-safe practices and maintain compliance with child protection, privacy and safeguarding requirements.
What We Offer You
- $32.47 to $36.57 per hour dependent upon qualification and experience (plus a 10% Industry Worker Retention payment)

What You Bring To The Role
- Diploma or Certificate III in Children’s Services
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and child protection requirements.
- A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development.
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain).
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Completion of Child Safe training (e.g. Understanding Child Safety and Responding to Harm), or willingness to complete prior to commencement.
