About The Role
This organisation is looking for a hands-on Associate Change Analyst / APS6 Change Analyst who can develop and deliver change activities, support the adoption of recent systems and processes, and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Ability and willingness to Obtain Security Clearance
- Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check.
- Selection Criteria Response.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change activities across IT, technology and transformation projects.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, gaps and resistance.
- Develop training, communications and resources to support adoption.
- Engage with senior leaders,
technical teams, project teams and end-users.
- Support leaders and teams through organisational and technology changes.
- Monitor adoption and provide recommendations to improve change outcomes.
- Manage complex and sensitive change activities independently.
Experience & Skills
- Experience delivering change management across IT, technology or software projects.
- Experience developing and delivering training and change communications.
- Knowledge of change methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR.
- Understanding of software development and Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Prosci, CCMP or Agile Change certification.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban.
- Government or other complex/regulated industry experience.
