Job Description

Chemist Warehouse is seeking a Workforce Planner for the Eagle Farm distribution centre in Australia. In this full time, salaried role you will manage labour hire relationships, coordinate rosters, inductions, and probation reviews, and support payroll and safety administration.

You will work with supervisors and management to ensure staffing aligns with operational needs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.
