Job Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of the Sailpoint IIQ platform.
n
- Manage user identities, authentication, authorization, roles, and access privileges.
n
- Operations and infrastructure support to the tech/delivery teams.
n
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as monitoring system logs, performance tuning.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure layer.
n
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices, maintain platform security, and address vulnerabilities.
n
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
n
- Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, and other IAM technologies.
