About The Role
n
Reporting to the Bids and Contracts Manager, this role focuses on coordinating the end‐to‐end bid process across a portfolio of customer tenders and proposals. You will drive successful bid outcomes through collaboration with internal stakeholders, development of high‐quality responses and effective management of timelines and submissions.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Coordinate the end‐to‐end bid delivery process, supporting Sales teams in the acquisition and retention of customer contracts.
n
- Manage incoming bid requests and facilitate collaboration across Sales, Pricing, SMEs and Contract teams.
n
- Develop tailored and compliant tender responses aligned to customer requirements and win strategies.
n
- Coordinate submission of tenders via portals or email, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
n
- Manage bid timelines, ensuring all inputs are completed and submissions are delivered accurately and on time.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid content, processes and templates.

About You
n
n
- Experience in bid coordination, tender responses or proposal writing.
n
- Exposure to structured procurement environments (e.g. government, enterprise or regulated industries).
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
n
- Advanced MS Office skills and exposure to AI tools highly regarded.
n
- Strong organisational and project coordination capability.
