Lead with Purpose, Deliver with Impact
We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead energy efficiency retrofit projects across Australia. This role is about delivering meaningful sustainability outcomes while ensuring projects run seamlessly and clients achieve measurable savings. Success means building a robust, supported team, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. We need someone dynamic who can adapt to on‑site challenges, keep the team motivated, and drive projects toward both environmental and financial results.
- Onboard new subcontractors to build our national team
- Project manage subcontractors to achieve smooth and on-time projects
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
- Problem solve site issues and process variations
- Log calls and manage workflows through our project software
- Collaborate with our project co-ordinators and engineers
- Expand our project management capabilities into new areas and technologies
- Manage the department (be responsible for KPI’s and manage a small team)
- Be part of something bigger; 50% profits donated, thousands of trees planted
- Flexibility: work from home, or our Brisbane offices (Pinkenba, Capalaba)

- Electrical industry experience
- Construction project management especially OHS & Risk Management
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Genuine commitment to sustainability and positive impact
- Lighting, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
- Experience managing multi-discipline projects preferred
- Energy efficiency retrofit experience (e.g., audits, calcs, technology) preferred
We deliver projects Australia-wide but are based in Brisbane.
The role is usually 50% work from home – but some projects may need daily on‑site support.
Work schedule is 7 AM - 3:30 PM - can be further discussed.
Intake target: September 2026.
