My client is a leading food and beverage business looking for its next Automation Engineer. The exciting opportunity has become available to oversee and manage the Electrical & Automation projects within the manufacturing facility.

n

This role is based in regional NSW and offers full relocation support.

n

The Role

n

Reporting into the Project Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:

n

n
- Delivery of automation work packages across capital projects - typically involves the planning and coordination of defining scopes, objectives and deliverables
n
- Capacity to complete the technical investigation on capital projects
n
- Oversee process line equipment upgrade including electrical and automation equipment
n
- Programming PLCs and Safety PLCs
n

n

Your Background

n

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Degree qualified
n




- 5+ years of relevant industrial experience
n
- Must have FMCG, pharmaceuticals or packaging experience or similar
n
- Strong experience with SCADA or communication protocols – preference for experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
n
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
n
