Job Summary
n
The People & Culture Coordinator supports the day‐to‐day operations of the People & Culture function, helping to create a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and maintaining people‐related data and processes.

- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
n
- Assist in planning internal events, training sessions, and team activities
n
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR‐related queries
n
- Promote company values and a positive workplace culture
n

Key Qualification

- Strong organizational and time‐management skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRIS experience is a plus
