Job Description

TPG Telecom is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager – Service & Engagement to lead end-to-end, data-driven marketing campaigns for our loyal customer base. You will drive CRM strategy, optimize retention journeys, and oversee campaigns across Email, SMS, Push and other channels.

You'll collaborate with marketing, product, analytics and customer care teams to design, implement and measure outcomes, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and a focus on customer value.
