Job Description

Pet Circle is seeking a CRM Technology & Strategy Lead to own Braze end-to-end journeys, deliverability, and measurement, translating customer strategy into personalised programmes across email, SMS, and push.

You will collaborate with Data, Analytics, and Merchandising daily, manage the CRM agency, and act as the CRM channel owner with senior stakeholders. This Sydney-based role combines strategy with hands-on execution and rapid optimisation.
