Event Management
- Manage events from planning through to execution.
- Coordinate conferences, webinars, exhibitions and member events.
- Oversee registrations, travel, accommodation and event logistics.
- Manage suppliers, venues and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate event collateral, merchandise and promotional materials.
- Complete post-event reporting and evaluation activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate presenters, committees, partners and event participants.
- Ensure all event deliverables are executed professionally and on time.
Marketing & Communications
- Support member engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate articles, publications and member communications.
- Assist with educational resources and promotional activities.
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns.
Administration & Operations
- Manage event administration and scheduling.
- Coordinate merchandise distribution and inventory management.
- Support reporting, project coordination and documentation.
- Assist with additional marketing activities as required.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience in event management, marketing or campaign coordination.
- Demonstrated capability managing events end-to-end.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building ability.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong administration and attention to detail.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events & Marketing professional to join a highly respected membership-based organisation within the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of a national events portfolio while supporting member engagement initiatives, campaigns, communications and content delivery.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing event coordination, stakeholder management and administration, while working as part of a cooperative and supportive team
