- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions and events
- Support the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
- Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness and recovery standards
- Assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation and stock room management
- Contribute to an enjoyable team workplace by sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns

Requirements

- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
- Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) is an advantage
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
- Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system




- Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
- Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
- Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
