Experienced high reach forklift operator needed for seasonal warehouse work. Your new company Hays is partnering with a busy distribution business experiencing increased demand during its peak season. Due to an increased demand over the Christmas and New Year period, we are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a energetic warehouse operation during this critical period. Your new role Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for the safe and productive operation of high reach forklifts, supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring stock is accurately moved and stored.

Key responsibilities

- Operating high reach forklifts to move stock throughout the warehouse
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Picking, packing and replenishment duties as required
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment




- Assisting the wider warehouse team during peak periods

What you'll need to succeed

- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Minimum 12 months' demonstrated experience operating high reach forklifts
- Reliable transport and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work throughout the Christmas and Recent Year period
- A strong focus on workplace safety and teamwork
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
