Job Description

What You'll Do

- Make customers feel welcome with genuine, friendly service from the moment they approach the counter.
- Prepare food and work across the kitchen to keep orders moving and customers looked after.
- Take care of dishes, cleaning and other essential tasks that keep the outlet running at its best.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards throughout every shift.




- Work confidently on your own when needed while knowing when to step in and support your teammates.
- Bring a positive attitude to AM, PM and weekend shifts and help create a great experience for every customer.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

- Comfortable with 3.00am starts and genuinely available across a combination of AM, PM and weekend shifts.
- Has a current driver’s licence and reliable access to a car or transport that works for those early airport starts.
- Naturally friendly and comfortable talking to different people throughout the day.
- Doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and is happy to take on kitchen, cleaning and dishwashing duties.
- Someone others can rely on to turn up on time, stay positive and keep moving when things get busy.
- Keen to learn, contribute and grow with Cater Care while being part of the Red Rooster team.
