Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn an idea into engaging video content?

Dental House Group is looking for a talented and self-driven Videographer / Content Creator to join our growing team. You’ll help showcase the people, patient experiences and personality behind our brands through engaging, high-quality digital content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently take content from concept to completion—including planning, scripting, filming and editing.

About the role

You’ll work closely with our marketing and clinic teams to create content across our dental practices. No two days will be the same—you may be filming educational content with a dentist, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, producing patient stories or creating an engaging social media reel.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and pitching creative content ideas

Planning shoots and maintaining a content calendar

Writing scripts and preparing content briefs

Filming high-quality video content across our clinic locations

Editing short-form videos, reels and other digital content

Adapting content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

Capturing authentic staff, patient and behind-the-scenes stories

Keeping up to date with social media trends and platform best practices





Managing content projects independently from concept through to delivery

Travelling between clinic locations when required

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience creating and editing engaging video or social media content

Is confident filming people and helping them feel comfortable on camera

Has strong visual storytelling and scriptwriting skills

Is proficient in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar

Understands how to create content suited to different social media platforms

Can manage multiple projects, deadlines and filming schedules

Is proactive, organised and comfortable working independently

Is based in Melbourne and has a current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Can provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant video, reel or content work

Experience creating content for healthcare, skilled services or multi-location businesses would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential.
