RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our rooms division, working overnights 10.30pm–6.30am. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service aligned with RACV standards in a dynamic, guest-focused workplace.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, you’ll manage check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries while upselling services to enhance revenue.
