We are seeking reliable and experienced Spray Seal Operators / Crew Members . If you have hands-on experience with bituminous surface treatments and love working outdoors in a rapid-paced team, we want to hear from you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operating and assisting with bitumen spray trucks, aggregate spreaders, and rollers
- Laying, spreading, and raking aggregate materials across road construction sites
- Surface preparation, hand-spraying, and site cleanup
- Performing daily pre-start safety checks and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Adhering to site safety standards, traffic management plans, and environmental guidelines

Requirements:

- Proven experience in road spray sealing or asphalt operations
- Valid Drivers Licence (MR,



HR or HC Class preferred)
- White card
- Asbestos Silica
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work flexible outdoor hours

Hours & Offer:

- 40+ hours per week with regular overtime opportunities
- Competitive hourly rates $40-$45 PH + penalties and travel allowances
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
