McAuley Community Services for Women in Melbourne's West seeks an experienced residential care worker for a part time, 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will support women and children experiencing family violence through compassionate, trauma-informed care and practical support.

Key duties include individualised, family-focused support, ensuring safety and wellbeing, and collaborating with colleagues and external services to deliver holistic care.
