Job Title:Maintenance Fitter –FMCG
Location:THIS IS BASED IN ROBINVALE. WE HAVE FREE ACCOMODATION TO STAY WHEN WORKING
Roster:7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + super
Accommodation: You will have FREE accomodation provided when you are working the 7 days on shift only then after the shift, you will go back to wherever you live

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experiencedMaintenance Fitterto join our team at a well-establishedfood manufacturing facility in Robinvale, Victoria. This role operates on a7 days on / 7 days off roster, providing an excellent work-life balance while working within a modern production environment.
During your 7-day shift block,accommodation will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based in Melbourne or other locations who are open to working regionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment




- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance withfood safety and OH&S; standards

About You

- Trade qualifiedFitter / Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
- Robust troubleshooting and fault finding skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
